Our Insolvency and Business Recovery team draws expertise from across the firm including corporate, real estate, litigation, employment and tax. The team advise companies, directors, individuals, insolvency practitioners, other lawyers and intermediaries, on substantial insolvency issues and disputes within the UK or internationally. The team also helps to formulate restructuring strategies for companies in financial difficulties.
