FSI promotes 3 new partners

Finers Stephens Innocent is delighted to announce the promotion of three of its associates to partnership.  As from 1st May 2012 the three new partners are:

John Annetts, Partner, Private Client.

John specialises in UK tax and estate planning for high net-worth individuals and families. He also deals with the administration of complex estates, often with an offshore element. John is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.

Louise Eldridge, Partner, Corporate Commercial.

Louise undertakes all forms of corporate law with particular focus on venture capital, private equity, M&A, AIM transactional work and corporate advice. Louise has particular experience in technology, digital media, marcoms and renewable energy. She acts as a mentor for early stage technology companies and sits on the board of The Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) U.K, a non profit organisation for mid-market dealmakers in the UK.

Lois Langton, Partner, Family.

Lois specialises in all aspects of Family Law including divorce, ancillary relief, civil partnerships, pre-/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and child related work (including adoption and surrogacy).  Lois is a member of Resolution and is a trained Collaborative Lawyer.  Lois is an avid Arsenal supporter and Vice-Chair of and Charity Fundraising Officer for the Arsenal Independent Supporters’ Association.
