Paul was Finers Stephens Innocent's managing partner for 6 years until January 2013 when he led that firm into its merger with Howard Kennedy and became chairman of the merged firm. He is a corporate lawyer by training and has significant deal making and corporate finance experience. Paul has particular focus on property and the retail and leisure industries.

Paul is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.

Random fact

Paul enjoys fly-fishing, a hobby he took up just after the first of his three daughters became a teenager. He also claims to be a Shakespearian actor although no one believes him!
