We continue to deal with traditional criminal cases on a private basis for a variety of offences ranging from road traffic violations through to serious criminal offences such as theft, assault, extradition, sexual offences and murder.
We have the expertise to deal with investigations from the police station up to and including appeal (if necessary) because of the nature of our client base, we regularly deal with high profile investigations and we understand the need for confidentiality and reputation management.
We also advise commercial organisations if criminal acts have been committed by employees or third parties.
